Anacortes police are looking for a man who reportedly attempted to grab a teenager near Cranberry Lake in the forest lands on June 25.  

Police Blotter, June 6 - 11, 2020

This week's Police Blotter lists one person booked into county jail. The case was a domestic violence assault in which a man assaulted his girlfriend on June 8.

The Continuing ‘Tear Gas’ Debate

The national semantics exercise over “pepper balls” and “tear gas” has continued. Attorney General William Barr objected to the description of “pepper spray” as a “chemical irritant.”
