The Naughty Blokes

Fri. Jul 28, 2017 6:00 pm

Thea Hart of "What's Up" Magazine says in her review "The Naughty Blokes boldly rocked through fun toe-tapping tunes, sweet riffs and smooth progressions galore in their energetic and well arranged set. The group easily caught the ear and the interest of every one present. They brought well balanced brit rock featuring confident and clear guitar work and ear catching vocals. This is the kind of music you turn up when you hear it on the radio."

The Blokes' blend of catchy tunes, soulful vocals, soaring guitar hooks and a strong rhythm section, along with a fun stage presence, guarantees a good time for all!

SeaBear’s Diamond Anniversary Concert

Sat. Jul 29, 2017 5:00 pm

Featuring Three-Ish and Hamilton/Cox

Anacortes original artists Three-ish started by playing with friends at a local open mic. Sometimes there’s three, sometimes there’s only two and often instruments are rotated. With the “ish” there’s always room to grow. Bailey the awesome aussie loves to howl along during practice sessions. Music includes originals and covers, which are conceptualized into their own style. Three-ish incorporates guitars, 3 part vocal harmonies, violin, and rhythm into their folk-indie sound that they’ve shared across Skagit county. Current Band Members consist of Valerie Teske, Daniel Ver & Channing Waage. Find more information here:

Hamilton/Cox is a musical relationship that began in Gospel/Contemporary Christian. Ten years later, we have taken our unique blend of roots jazz, blues, reggae, and rock to the streets. We love to sing together. We love to engage our audiences. We love to honor the traditions of music for the masses.

At Heart of Anacortes, 4th St. & “O” Ave., All Concerts free to the public.

La Famille Leger

Sat. Jul 29, 2017 7:00 pm

Always popular at Deception Pass!  The Leger Family includes patriarch Louis Leger on accordion; his wife, Barbara, on guitar; son, Devon, on fiddle; and daughter-in-law, Dejah, on piano. Le?ger hails from New Brunswick and is steeped in the music of French Canada. The family also plays their feet—les pieds. The rhythmic patterns of their feet keep the music in time. The whole family plays, sings and dances together—and soon the granddaughters will join in.
