Join avid local hiker Shona Martin, as she presents her hiking trip around Mont Blanc. The Tour du Mont Blanc is a considered one of the classic long-distance hiking trails in Europe. It circles the Mont Blanc massif, covering a distance of roughly 110 miles and passes through France, Italy, and Switzerland. Shona hiked this trail with two friends in September 2015, starting and ending in the Chamonix valley. She will discuss the accommodations, food, trail experience, and personalities they met along the way and will show pictures that highlight the scenery and adventure.
