trick or treatKids are welcome to Trick or Treat in downtown Anacortes on Tuesday, Halloween afternoon from 3 - 5pm. The Anacortes Chamber of Commerce is working with merchants to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters downtown. In addition, ACME Creative, at 705 Commercial, will be taking photos of kids in costume.
